Hello! I’m Alexis Andrade. I earned my Master’s in Medical Science with a focus in Behavioral Health and Autism, and I am deeply committed to helping people grow, heal, and build the resilience they need to face life’s challenges. My work is rooted in compassion and collaboration, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals.
I specialize in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I also provide parent coaching to help families manage stress and address behavioral needs or outbursts, with the goal of creating a calmer, more connected home environment. In addition, I work with clients on relationship challenges, stress management, self-esteem, burnout, and personal growth.
In our sessions, I aim to help you uncover your strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re learning to manage overwhelming emotions, adjusting to a new chapter in life, or working through the pain of loss, I will walk alongside you every step of the way.
