At Rhode Island Psychiatric and Counseling Associates we pride ourselves on our inclusive and innovative workspace. We value creativity, encourage professional growth and support a healthy work-life balance. 
Our team consists of med management providers, therapy providers and a  compassionate and dedicated front desk staff. We work alongside each other to inspire and support one another. 
​Currently, we are looking to hire individuals who have an LMHC , LMFT, a Ph.D./PsyD in clinical psychology, or an LICSW in social work that are licensed in RI. We will get you credentialed with insurance panels if needed! We are a growing independent practice, and would love to see you join us.
