What We Offer: A compassionate, safe space to talk about loss, grief, and life changes. Support from peers who are also experiencing loss, creating a sense of understanding and belonging. Gentle guidance to help process emotions and navigate the grieving journey. Tools and strategies to cope with sadness, loneliness, and life transitions.
