I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist. I see the value in all people and am passionate about helping each person that I work with develop a better understanding of who they are and how they work within the world around them. I value education and will explain both the therapy and provide education about what it is that is affecting your ability to be fulfilled or happy. I have been providing therapeutic services for the past eight years and have had many successes with people who suffer from both depression and anxiety as well as numerous other problems such as OCD, panic attacks and trauma.
