Kellie Nason, LICSW
Kellie Nason is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rhode Island College. Kellie specializes in her work with children, adolescents, adults and family work. She has provided clinical services in a variety of contexts including; home-based services, outpatient settings, emergency services and educational settings. Kellie holds a certificate in advanced training in the treatment of psychological trauma and a knowledge base consisting of many different theoretical orientations and approaches to practice, including but not limited to art and play therapy, trauma specific treatment, CBT/DBT, tapas acupuncture and tapping techniques. She has experience in working in mental health and substance abuse areas as well as addressing comorbid disorders. Treatment focuses on addressing individual and family needs as well as stabilization, healing, recovery and improved functioning.
