Kristen Zaleski, LICSW
Kristen Zaleski is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with over a decade of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals of all ages. She has been practicing since 2011 and is deeply committed to helping her clients navigate life's challenges, whether it's managing stress, overcoming trauma, or finding clarity in their personal journeys.
With a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults, Kristen specializes in guiding young people through the complexities of identity, relationships, and mental health. She also enjoys working with clients across the lifespan, from children to older adults, adapting her approach to meet each individual’s unique needs.
Kristen holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California, where she honed her skills in clinical practice, and a Bachelor's degree from Salve Regina University. These educational experiences, combined with her extensive professional background, have equipped her with a diverse range of therapeutic techniques.
Outside of her professional life, Kristen is a dedicated mother to two children and shares her home with her supportive husband and three energetic dogs. A lover of the beach, she enjoys spending time by the water, finding inspiration and relaxation in nature.
