Natasha Delancey, LICSW
Hello I’m Natasha!
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Rhode Island with a MSW from the University of Alabama. For over a decade, I’ve helped people work through the tough stuff; childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, codependency, substance use, attachment disorders and personality challenges. If it’s messy or hard to shake, you’re not alone.
My approach is compassionate, straightforward, and rooted in genuine connection (with a little humor when it helps). I work with older teens through older adults, creating a space where you can be real - no pretending everything’s fine when it’s not.
Fair warning: my French bulldog, Cornbread, may make an appearance in your session. He considers himself my co-therapist (though his credentials are… questionable). Clients say he’s an expert in snoring, comedic timing, and reminding us all to slow down and breathe.
If you’re ready to start untangling the hard stuff with empathy, perspective, and a little humor, I’d love to meet you.
