Patrice Frazier, LMHC
I am a licensed therapist who specializes in supporting adults navigating ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, personality-related challenges, and relationship or family concerns. Many of my clients appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences.
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed space where clients can safely explore their emotions, relationships, and internal experiences. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and practical—helping clients develop emotional regulation, improve focus and organization, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and gain insight into longstanding patterns that may no longer serve them.
I work with individuals and families addressing the impact of trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, and personality dynamics on daily functioning and relationships. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, building effective coping skills, improving communication, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. I believe healing is not about fixing who you are, but about understanding yourself more deeply and learning how to move through life with clarity, balance, and self-compassion.
