The first step is to call us to schedule a Spravato consultation. During this visit, we’ll :

- Arrival and Check-In
You'll be greeted by our staff and brought to a private treatment room. - Vitals Monitoring
Before your session begins, your blood pressure and heart rate will be checked to ensure it's safe to proceed. - Medication Administration
Under the supervision of a trained medication manager, you’ll self-administer the Spravato nasal spray while being guided through the process. - Observation and Relaxation
You’ll remain in a calm, quiet room for two hours post-treatment, where we monitor your response and ensure your safety. You are encouraged to relax—many patients read, listen to music, or simply rest. - Post-Treatment Monitoring
Your blood pressure is checked again, and you’ll be evaluated before you are cleared to leave. You will need someone to drive you home, as you may feel drowsy or dissociated afterward.
Treatment Schedule :
Spravato is typically administered:
- Twice weekly for the first 4 weeks
- Then once weekly for 4 weeks
- Followed by maintenance dosing every 2 to 4 weeks based on your progress and response
