Hi! I’m Wendy and I am a licensed independent clinical therapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and discover lasting well-being. With 3+ years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with people aged 18 years through older adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, divorce, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief, women’s issues and life transitions. Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or simply looking to grow and reconnect with yourself, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy and expertise.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Psychodynamic techniques—I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach—always honoring the unique experiences and goals of each individual.
I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University with an LICSW in Rhode Island. Outside of the therapy room, my passions include illustrating, watercolor painting, exploring nature and meditation. I also hold a B.A. in Studio Art at Rhode Island College.
